I am an African American male living in the New York City area.  I am a survivor of kidney failure.  I am currently on kidney dialysis three times per week.  I am awaiting for a kidney transplant.  I am financially strapped due to my treatments and ill health.  I need financial help in paying my rent and bills.  I will live thru this disease and sickness.  Please help me if you can.  My income had dropped due to my illness and I am trying to lead a normal life.  If you can help me, I really appreciate it.

My name is Michael George and I am a kidney dialysis patient.  I need financial help in paying my rent and bills.  I had been sick physically in less than a year.  I had been broke because I no income due to my illness.  I am waiting to be approved by the Social Security Administration for disability.  I have to wait at least four more months to get benefits.
